From the game two-dimensional setting, you must use anything you can find as a weapon to ensure your survival. This ranges from the more obvious options such as pistols and shotguns to wielding more improvisational weapons such as a kitchen full of gas or a dresser.

The style of the game, which is somewhere between that of a graphic adventure game and an action game, allows you to interact with your surroundings using a minimal number of keys for picking up and wielding objects.
